The first time I booked (online) it said it was bulkbilled. Attended and was not told it was mixed billing or that I needed to pay the full fee until after I’d had the appointment. I was not prepared and had not brought money, clinic was insisting that online said it was mixed billing. It didn’t or I wouldn’t have booked. The reception staff and nurses are super friendly and helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. The doctors are fantastic and provide excellent care. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for fantastic care and service.
