If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother in law is currently there rehabbing from surgery and the staff wouldn't even feed her chicken broth (she's not yet on solids) without kicking up a fuss and being stupid about it. Her rehab neighbor is supposed to be in a neck brace 24/7 and they took it off while changing her. This place isn't just negligent, it's dangerous to your health. Pick literally any other place than this if you need actual care.
When they tell you your fathers test results will be back in a few hours and there not. Then they tell you tomorrow and oh they sent to another lab. Still waiting 4 days later and they tell you were still waiting and i ask can someone call to see when they will be ready. They call back 5 hrs later to my surprise they tell me 3 to 7 days. So i call on the 8 th day and they still dont have the results. It seem there waiting to see if i get tired of calling. The test results were waiting for to see if my dad has worms.
