Called to get some information and let me tell you... the woman I spoke to was beyond rude. Upon telling her my issue she REFUSED to give me any help, or even listen to what I was asking for. After explaining that Dawson County helped me when I lived there over 5 years ago, and I see that legally they provide the service im asking for. They still refused any help, and even TOLD ME to go back to Dawson County's HD. You should do something to relocate River Valley Chicken Rendering Plant out of the residential area, so many times, this factory filled all nearby areas in many miles with dead rotten animal smell. This is so bad for all the new houses near Call Mountains.
