We have dealt with this vet many times for our dog over the last 17 odd years. Couldn't fault them til now. My husband visited the forster clinic a few wks back as our dog has aged very quickly & we wanted information on sending him off to sleep. My husband walked in with the receptionist answering calls etc to be asked what he wanted & instead of dealing with our request she gave him a brochure on cremation & continued to answer the phone.
