I had my tyres changed here and the person broke my hubcap, did not tell me and zip tied. I’m also now wondering if they put my bad tyres on the back and took my good ones. Feel really dumb for leaving my car there for them to do in their own time while I went to work around the corner. Thought it was a reputable Bridgestone tyre centre, found out it’s not even a Bridgestone centre??

Had a booking at 2 o'clock I got in there as I live 50 mins away and all to be told I have to take it to Newcastle or Port Macquarie he didn't come and even look at my car apart from taking it for a test drive to see the problem just told me no and I need to take else where. An absolute waste of my time and money getting there for absolutely nothing I would not recommend this place to anyone there absolutely terrible
Rang up to get my transmission looked at and was told over the phone that my car was not worth doing, then had a call back saying make an appointment to come get it looked at so i limped my car all the way there from pacific palms and was then told the exact same thing in person from the first phone call, could have at least actually looked at it instead of just refusing to work on it, especially after the mission it was to get it there.
