Almost 2 hours waiting for a phone consultation. I called to confirm phone number was correct at 11:50 (for 11:30 appointment) to be told yes all correct and you'll be next. Called again at 12:30, still nothing still claiming to be next. 1:10 I call again (because I have others things to do during the day then sit and wait for an appointment thats very late) and explain what i have previously been told, only to be rudely told "well we don't know when the drs will call do we". Anyone would be very lucky to have Dr George as their GP. He was friendly, compassionate & extremely helpful when treating my unwell 6 month old, Gemma. Thank you for for going out of your way to help during a stressful time, you saved us an unnecessary ED visit.
Had an appointment with Dr Ashivini Thanabalasingham. Excellent. Professional, calm and friendly. Explained everything well. Thankyou
Reception staff are wonderful. I have personally found Ms Hoey rude and unhelpful and dismissive. She failed to diagnose my nephew who had pneumonia which resulted in an emergency hospital trip and 2L of fluid removed from his lungs. Not thorough, definitely would NOT recommend her
Dr Arunasalam was exceptional, a proper GP who treats the person not just the patient. He had a genuine care to find the best outcome and was happy to answer all my questions in detail. Highly recommend seeing him.
