They tried to charge me a nonsense “facilites fee” of $18. And even worse, they told me I owed $33 as a copay without mentioning more than half of that was a nonsense fee. I’m considering reporting them to the BBB for these non-transparent predatory practices. I would avoid this place for trying to nickel and dime its customers. There are plenty of other PT clinics on the west side that don’t do this. What a shady place.
This place wanted to charge me an $18 “facilities fee” on top of the charges for the services. Never heard of this at a PT clinic. I’d stay away from a place trying to nickel and dime its customers like this.
They copy all your ID's with all your info and then give you endless forms to fill out wanting the same info again. They charge a $18 a visit feee even though your insurance covers it all. They demand a credit card to charge in case you don't give them 48 hour notice for changes. They want all of your spouses information. I'm surprised they didn't ask for my tax returns.And if you call and ask about the qualifications of the therapist they assign you the answer is sketchy at best.
Forster Physical Therapy has mended many members of my family over the last 10 years. Sports injuries and more. Great with aging aches and pains also. It is a knowledgeable and attentive staff. I had a Very bad experience here. They charged me so much more than what I was supposed to pay in first place and the customer service is terrible: I’ve been trying to reach the billing person to understand what’s it’s going on but took me months!
