They copy all your ID's with all your info and then give you endless forms to fill out wanting the same info again. They charge a $18 a visit feee even though your insurance covers it all. They demand a credit card to charge in case you don't give them 48 hour notice for changes. They want all of your spouses information. I'm surprised they didn't ask for my tax returns.And if you call and ask about the qualifications of the therapist they assign you the answer is sketchy at best.
Forster Physical Therapy has mended many members of my family over the last 10 years. Sports injuries and more. Great with aging aches and pains also. It is a knowledgeable and attentive staff. I had a Very bad experience here. They charged me so much more than what I was supposed to pay in first place and the customer service is terrible: I’ve been trying to reach the billing person to understand what’s it’s going on but took me months!
This was an awful experience. Where do I start. 1. I showed up for my first appointment, and by the time they took me it was nearly an hour late. This also resulted in the appointment being rushed. 2. The PT session itself was useless. I would have been better off just doing it on my own. I felt like I learned nothing there and the treatment was minimal effort from the staffs end. 3.
