I had a procedure done at the Day surgery yesterday, I cannot praise the nurses and all the staff enough for the wonderful care and reassurances they all gave me from the beginning to the end of my stay, I could not have been treated better. Thanks to all of you.
Accepted a referral for neuropathic pain management only to turn away patient saying it did not exist and was just a symptom of mental health. Was still happy to take the patients money knowing full well they had no intention of offering any treatment. Unconscionably unethical!
Great place, terrific staff. Everyone was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Couldn't fault the care and attention. The attached pic is meant to be humorous.
