Zero concerns recommending these guys - Seriously. Super professional. It turned out the solar hot water thermostat bit the dust. Old mate was up on the roof, obviously, when he identified the issue and actually bloody replaced the thermostat on the spot hahaha. I dont know if it's normal for these blokes to carry them around in their pocket? but this one did. I even got photos of the job done with the invoice. Appreciated
