Some used my credit card years ago so I didnt actually accrue the debt but I received court papers in the mail after they had contacted 4 of my family members. Whats strange is that I have the same phone number thats on the account so I dont know how or why they contacted my family. I ended up paying the debt since I had no way to prove that I didnt use the card but they never removed the court filing as promised. I contacted them to pay debt- settled over the phone in less than an hour. But after 3 weeks I was told if would be ***** days before they issued a settlement of judgement letter. This seems an inordinate *** of time to do their business.
They make it extremely difficult to pay your debt. No one calls you back. Missing info from emails. And once again I am on hold now for 10 mins just to get the receptionist!!
