If I could give no stars I would. I'm writing to express my disappointment with the bouquet of flowers I purchased from your shop. I was underwhelmed by their appearance and felt that the cost didn't match the quality. The flowers looked wilted and lacked the vibrancy I was expectingand had to much greenery. My goodness this florist is located in Stockland Mall at Forster near Coles end. The flowers ordered were absolutely beautiful. Would recommend this florist
The worst service ever. I rang today to send flowers to my sister in Coomba Park the website allowed me to put the address in said all good money went through then I get an email from Petals Network stating they don't deliver there and that my refund may take several days. I rang Forster Flowers to a rude woman who told me to take it up with the delivery Subsidiary Petels Network not interested that her website takes peoples money and does not deliver flowers what a piece or work !!
Excellent friendly service and gorgeous flowers. Highly recommend!!
