Absolutely terrible experience. I called because my car was making noise. It was just kind of a rubbing sort of noise. They told me it could be either a transmission or a spark plug malfunction... I appreciate them trying to diagnose the issue over the phone.... But I don't know what they were trying to pull on me. They knew it was a Tesla. I'm not dumb. I know Teslas don't have transmissions or spark plugs. I wouldn't be surprised if next time I came in they tried to sell me blinker fluid. This is ridiculous.

This is my new preferred mechanic in Marshfield. Other mechanics I've gone to make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I call to make an appointment or ask questions. Here, Rebecca is polite, positive, knowledgeable, and I didn't even feel like a burden! I cannot speak to their mechanical talent as much since I haven't had much work completed by them, but I think customer service means a lot this day and age. They keep you up to date with text messages, email, and phone calls - whatever you prefer. Thanks guys!
