Forst worked on an issue with my 2018 Volkswagon GTI that the dealership garage either missed or ignored. Forst checked everything out and texted me what they discovered - with pictures - and explained how they would address it and how much it was going to cost. That, along with their friendly and helpful front desk employees, will keep us coming back for all of our vehicles!9
