took them 4 hours to load me
Checked in at 7:45 AM — it’s now 7.00 PM and they still haven’t started unloading. No dock door assigned this whole time. Because of the delay I missed my next pickup and lost the load. Very unprofessional operation. I do NOT recommend coming here.
