I am thrilled to let you know that after many years of doing business with the Didsbury location, that I have taken my business elsewhere. This is a place where I am spoken to with respect, they are not scatter brained, they remember my name, AND my order. The overall selection by far surpasses anything in Didsbury as well as the quality. And the prices are about 75% less for more. It is my sincere hope that foresight and their ridiculous, self serving staff go elsewhere or better yet out of business.
Have been here twice and both times the skinny blonde was extremely rude. As well as paying way too much for glasses and her picking the frames out for me. I've never liked them. I won't be participating in their Dysfunctional BS anymore. They are greedy opportunists.
