After downsizing from a traditional colonial-style home to a city loft in a renovated tobacco warehouse, I needed design help. Brad incorporated my sentimental heirlooms with his suggestions for a modern design to make the open floor plan feel cozy and chic. I appreciate the time he took to educate me about fabrics and furniture construction. We worked with Brad on several projects for The Maryland Institute College of Art, between 2007 through 2017. His work ranged from the historic Boardroom, several executive office, the 120,000 square foot Graduate Center, and a 80,000 square foot residence-life project including Leake Hall. He was integral to the team of Architects and Landscape Designer, among others. I have worked with Brad Weesner since 2013 after being referred to his company through a former client I know who (like me) built a new office space after complete demolition. My mission was to create a Medical Spa in a 1300 sq foot space, on $50,000. Given the small budget, I could not afford to pay for an architect, so Brad personally flew to our location and took several days thoroughly measuring the space.
