It's great to live in a democracy, and I respect all points of view, but I find the other reviews baffling. My experience has been so utterly positive, I have nothing bad to say.
Clearly they are liars. I recently walked past one of their upcoming developments 'The WaterHouse'. There are signs that say ''perfectly located on the banks of the River Irwell''. This is NOT on the banks of the river irwell, this is on a road, a busy road, surrounded by industrial units and looking at a car wash. So misleading! Complained to the advertising standards authority.
Awful company,. happy for its directors to screw over tenants as long as money comes in, little in the way of care, glad to move out
