Hidden fees and overcharged for on site follow up inspections that were not necessary. They were unable to explain the overages on hours they were trying to bill. Poor follow up customer service as well; business was not appreciated. The bulk of the leg work to get final inspection approval was done by me not by the professional. The storm water plan did pass for the county but looked like a cookie cutter design from a neighboring lot that cost full price.
