The blonde haired Karen in her mid 60s at Forsgren was completely unhelpful. She acted put out to have a paying customer in their place of business. After talking with 2 other people about Forsgren (specifically my experience), they were very familiar with her. Because of this infamous Karen, they are both actively working on finding other options/companies to use this year. I wish I would've known all this before and not wasted my time going in. It seems she's costing the company more than just her salary.
