Bought my car from here and it had a huge crack in the windshield. The man i spoke with told me they'd take care of it, so i went ahead and paid the full price and bought it outright. Literally the windshield being fixed could be defined as a gentleman's agreement since i don't think it was part of the contract. They could have easily stated "You bought this as is, not our problem anymore" but they didn't.
