I had a great experience. The people are knowledgeable and very friendly. Communication is easy and quick. Their thorough inspection and issues found helped me decide what future repairs need done and how urgent a repair may be needed. I will continue to use their services. Just had a follow up appointment. Jeep had a code for cylinder misfire. Forrest's technician diagnosed and solved the problem. Can’t recommend Forrest’s enough. Dropped off my car for a new clutch assembly and had it back the same day. Staff are also amazingly helpful. Overall, good people, good prices, and good service. Update 03/25/26: still 5 stars for me. Diagnosed and did some fine-tuning on my other car, which is running phenomenally. Can’t recommend these guys enough

Super easy to locate and incredibly quick with their work, I had my car - a MINI cooper - back within two days. I never had any issues communicating with them about the brake repair and some others that surfaced during the inspection. Instead of having me come in for another appointment, they took care of everything right then and there for me, which made payment easier. If you're looking for somewhere local that does high quality, quick repairs for a good price, this is definitely the place to go.
