I had a great experience. The people are knowledgeable and very friendly. Communication is easy and quick. Their thorough inspection and issues found helped me decide what future repairs need done and how urgent a repair may be needed. I will continue to use their services. Just had a follow up appointment. Jeep had a code for cylinder misfire. Forrest's technician diagnosed and solved the problem. I was so excited to hear this place was right outside my hometown of Gibsonburg! These guys are very professional, yet personable, and get the job done. Also, they don't pressure you into getting something done you don't need done right at the moment. I will return!
