Thanks to all the lovely staff, most especially to Dr. Neville who operated on our maltese shih tzu's eye tumor. We were well-informed about available choices, pros and cons and expected costs, all taking the age of our dear Melon into consideration. He has recovered well and is back to his usual active and playful self. 🥰

Very accommodating, kind and professional. We never felt forced into any decisions and were given all options which were then explained to us in an easy way to understand, while we were going through a tough time. A huge Thank you to Adel and Simon who helped our beautiful Jed Jed and accommodated to our family needs when we sadly had to say Bye to our girl. Thank you again to all the staff that made this horrible lose as easy as they could for us. These guys truely do care about the animals in their care
