I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent visit to your clinic, which left me quite disappointed and concerned. I visited your practice to have a chipped tooth repaired, and while I was initially grateful to have the issue addressed promptly, the overall experience was not up to professional standards. Very gentle and professional, highly recommended
Constantly calling up 6 times to reschedule my appointment, very frustrating. Once or twice would’ve been fine but they’re always asking to change your booking dates and times. They don’t work around people who work during the day. If you can’t follow certain times don’t advertise them on your website for people to book. Had to just completely cancel my appointment so I don’t keep getting stuffed around.
