Excellent service, great food, and a comfortable setting. Forrester’s Restaurant at Hotel Garber delivers a high‑quality dining experience. The staff is attentive, the menu is well-crafted, and everything is prepared with care.
The new Fall menu @ Forrester's Lounge was nothing short of fantastic! The staff was very friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the cocktail and food menu. The options were plentiful and incredibly well-crafted. We were with a group of 4, and we all ordered different items so that we could try each other's, what a great way to experience the menu. Only regret is not taking pictures! Please plan your next visit.
In Red Cloud you step back 150 years in time and the Forrester Restaurant adds a modern touch to the Prairie atmosphere. The food was excellent (we had the salad and steak tips) and the waitress was helpful and personable. A gem.
