Forrester Legal did not fulfill their lease obligations. This previous tenant of ours has had an outstanding balance due for a year. They have been unresponsive after multiple attempts to reach out for payment via email, mail, and phone. Weve received a return receipt slip which indicates that the invoice and letter were received by mail. The original invoice dates back to 8/1/2020 and we have yet to receive payment.
