This has been my experience for the last 4 months. I scheduled my first appointment and arrived early for paper work. They accepted soonercare. I was treated with respect and care that comes with all patients and had been informed of having several issues with my teeth and gums(10 cavities, and gingivitis). They were nice and very informative and cleaned my teeth very thoroughly. But when my appointment was done and I went to the desk, The attendant said they couldn't schedule me and I was "on call".
