Snowblower wouldn't start, so when I called Ben, he tried to help me out over the phone to see if I could fix it myself. Of course I couldn't, so ended up bringing it to him. He went above and beyond fixing the machine up...I feel like he's the one that got ripped off charging me what he did considering all the work he did on it. Super nice guy, knows his stuff and likes to tell you about it too! Definitely recommend! Thank me later!

For a one-man operation, Ben is the man was very thorough and fixing my lawn mower when above and be on and did extra sharpening the blade cleaning it and going over some of the problems that I could have in the future if I you know don't do certain things so definitely recommend bringing any small engine repair to this man. Hands down probably the best service I've ever had

Excellent customer service. Had a problem with my snowblower. Had a jammed impeller and broken shear pins. I called Forrestall tool repair. Ben called me right back and he came and picked up my machine that day. Delivered it back 3 days later and explained everything that was done. He even took the time to make sure everything else on it was checked out. Runs like a charm now. He is extremely knowledgeable and his rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend calling him with any small engine and tool repair.

Ben was awesome! He runs a great business, was upfront with quotes before starting any work, extremely thorough and returned my lawn mower within 7 days of picking it up. Pick up and delivery charges were extremely reasonable. He provided an itemized invoice and was transparent with all services that were required. I have nothing but great things to say about Ben and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for lawn mower servicing!
