Hello! My kids taking swim lessons at FVF for about 4 years. We love instructors and keep coming back just for them. But the registration and payment process is very disorganized and frustrating. I know a lot of people, who complaining or stopped taking classes because of that. For the fee that we paying, I feel that we can get better service.
