I recently had the displeasure of renting an apartment from ForestViewIII apartments, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted with disappointment after disappointment.First and foremost, the condition of the apartment was appalling. First off the places are disgusting they don't pick up trash around the building they never fix anything and if they do it's a terrible job the manager there takes People's rent money and says that they don't pay when they do and the owner won't do nothing about it he can care less there's constantly cops being called here and the manager is also very hateful and rude her name is Amanda Prim they let other tenants get drunk around here and harass Neighbors and do nothing about it they are the trashiest apartments I've ever l... read more
This place is ran by a manager named Amanda lets people get away with breaking a lease and discriminating and favors other tenants she does not do her job and she lets other tenants Harass other tenants
The manager there has her favorites and lets them get away with everything for example I wasn't allowed to work on my car there but a person that's been there for a while worked on their car there three times in a month and their car is still broke down there's a couple neighbors there that are really nosy and like to call the cops on other tenants for stupid stuff and they make false statements to the manager and she listens to them and lets them harass other tenants it is constantly going on around there I definitely would... read more
