Nelda who we work with and book a load with Salinas to Dallas, TX. We had issue trailer axle came off. We update her and told nothing we can do if you can find any solution then she involved her boss and again started pressure on me to deliver that load. There customer will be upset this and that, We drove that trailer without tire and deliver load but 12 hour late. Now she sent check with $1000 short.
