BEWARE! BEWARE! Forrest Tire destroyed my tire! I bought a brand new Toro Zero Turn mower and got a thorn in the tire. I took it to Forrest Tire in Artesia to get it patched 20 minutes before they closed. Their employees were in such a hurry that they spun the tire on their machine and dug out a perfectly round gash out of the sidewall that goes completely around the tire. Above & Beyond---Super Guys!!! Sunday afternoon had a fifth-wheel blow out east of Ruidoso, NM. Emergency Roadside service "van" 2 hrs late and failed to help us, I called Shelby (only tire shop that had an emergency number) and he called me back. He went to his shop to verify he had only one tire to handle our load in the proper size. We limped into Roswell on our poor spare 5 1/2 hrs later and he met us there with his serviceman. service I needed a tire to be delivered to my husbands work and put on the car. The service men were great to work with and did a super job! It was nice not to have to worry about how to get the car to them since I was out of town, Highly recommend using them.
Ripped off I went there to get my AC fixed originally, and they said they could do it. Two days later other things were found wrong but still no AC fixed! 900 dollars and still no AC with 110 degrees outside!
Recommend Overall a good place to do business. Great service, Great products, Tire prices are typical of the area.Mechanical repairs tend to be a little higher than other places. But they complete it quickly and stand behind their work.
