My breaks were making noises and then one day just as I finally got enough money to work on them and then a bad noise came from them and shook the entire car. Luckily I was able to get it over there. They fixed car and I was able get back on the road safely. Thank you guys so much.
I went in yesterday morning to get a tire replaced. When I walked in, there was someone in the office wearing a hoodie who seemed too DAM busy on her/his cell phone to acknowledge customers. After waiting 15–20 minutes, I asked a question, and the person in the hoodie wasn’t helpful at all. Eventually, another employee came out looking half asleep to assist. Overall, not a very professional or welcoming experience.
