Started feeling uneasy about the suspension outside of Artesia. Called and spoke w Big Jake about what it might be and he assured me if he had the parts he’d get it done no appointment at lunch time and he got me lined out and didn’t mind me asking questions and wanting to know or be informed of the work being done etc. what started out as a big headache was turned around by witnessing Jake’s dedication to solving the problem and making sure I understood what was being done and why.
