They are unreliable. Don’t use them. They can’t even get an appointment on their schedule. Was suppose to get a warranty service. No one gets back to you. Find someone else.
If I could give less than one star I would. The worst service I've received from an appliance repair, or for that matter any repair company, I've ever used. The call was initiated via my home warranty company on 6/22. I was contacted by one of their techs a few days later. He "diagnosed" the problem over the phone (which turned out to be incorrect and against the home warranty company policy).
