Regarding my appts with Dr L Merlas, on attending a few times I found the level of care has been above expectations, thank you. It’s lovely to be treated like an individual in healthcare. Dr Merlas is empathetic, professional & efficient. I hope the practice retains this DR & knows she is valued.
Dr Lin is fantastic, however on one occasion he called in sick and therefore my appointment was scheduled with Dr Rahman. He was so incredibly rude and insensitive when discussing pregnancy and my previous miscarriages - it has been enough to never want to come back. Place is old and dirty and the Receptionists are also incredibly unprofessional. Dr Lin should consider work elsewhere as he is clearly over qualified to be in such a place.
I wish I had looked at the reviews before coming here. The receptionist was lovely but Dr. Rahman is rude, unhelpful and dismissive.
