John made the process of buying our home very smooth and we greatly appreciated his expertise. We relied on John to help us when viewing houses and submitting a strong offer in a multiple-offer situation, and we were able to get the perfect home. He was (and still is even after we've moved in) always available for help/questions and was very communicative in the process. We also appreciated having Katy and her assistance as well. We would 100% use Forrest Real Estate again in the future if needed.

One of best decisions we could have made. Communication, execution, attention to detail was all excellent. We couldn't ask for more. But more there was! Katy is also just an incredible person. She felt like working with a friend. If there was anything negative to say---it's that we were in our dream home so quickly we felt like we were robbed of hanging out with her more. I'd recommend her to anyone, and we will be using her again!
