The technician was kind and professional. He also really seems to like his job! He's got all kinds of bug facts up his sleeve. I believe he has a PhD in his service. He's kind of like a nice, somewhat geeky guy who loves to talk. I think he takes care of problem.
Woke and my pilot was out on my boiler of course it was freezing outside. The thermocouple was done. The plumber and his crew where the first to answer my call. They were able to arrive within an hour. Having 2 children home from school I can't tell you how great that was. They diagnosed the problem which was a bit more than just the piece mentioned before.
