Ann is amazing to work with. She maintains clear expectations and is consistent with the rules, which really helps keep things running smoothly. As a new manager stepping into a new community, that can be challenging at first, but it creates a strong foundation for success for the community.
Management seems responsive and genuinely invested in improving the experience for residents, which makes a big difference. Overall, it feels like a place that’s being taken care of and moving in the right direction.
Do not go here. Jasmine is a very nasty mean individual. Horrible place to live.
Absolutely worst place to live!!! They changed their rules to where kids can’t even be a kid bc ur not allowed to have a lot of stuff!!!! They act like it’s a gated community and want yu to do stuff to where I’ve been told by multiple ppl are for ppl who owned it to do it and not ppl who rent!!! They only have someone at the office 2 days a week, so if u need sum the days they aren’t there ur pretty much screwed!!! SCAM PLACE!!! Not worth it especially if you have kids!
