As a current resident and first-time renter, I wouldn’t blame you for taking my review for being too biased, but I believe that Dana and her maintenance team at Forrest Park have always gone above and beyond in their responses/concerns. I wanted to wait a few months to review, as Dana only asked that I leave an honest review when I applauded her swift (Lease-Checks-Move in) approach, and it helped when I was able to move in so quickly at the expense of her own personal time. Great place to live at! The apartments are newly renovated so you will love the new appliances if you choose one of the newly renovated units; new refrigerator, new microwave, stove/oven. Pretty quiet place to live as well. You will love it, if you want a modern apartment in a small country town. The 2br/1b is good size. Improvements could be made on the laundry rooms, however. It does not appear to be cleaned often enough.

Great little community in Tullahoma. The newly renovated apartments look great and the staff is amazing. Great location with easy access to AEDC and local attractions.
