My mother was in their rehab section for three weeks and two days. Every person was kind to her and helpful.The facility truly has caring staff.As in every healthcare facility, the staff was often unable to assist as quickly as one would like, but would get there as soon as possible. I was impressed that my mother received therapy even on weekends. The therapists were quite good and caring.
One of the issues I have is my sister not kept dry and clean. The other is lack of respect for the elderly, no matter what their situation is. Persons taking care of residents has a duty and should fulfill it with pride. Not all caregivers are ment for this field. If you are there just for the paycheck you are in the wrong job.
