I had a blood test at Forrest Medical Centre and the experience was very good. The nurse was professional, gentle, and made me feel at ease. The process was quick, and everything was clearly explained. I felt well looked after during the appointment. I didn’t face any major issues, but if anything could be improved, maybe a shorter wait in the waiting area would make the experience even better. Overall, I was very happy with the care I received.
