It is a little frustrating sometimes not to see a doctor and get a phone call only however they call back when they say they do and the staff are all so nice and helpful so I’m very grateful.
Doctors and midwife are amazing, always caring and professional. I don't know why this Medical Centre is open. Everything is online now and is even worse then before to get an appointment.The down side are the useless and lazy receptionists. Receptionists are horrible, particularly the elderly ladies. Some of them are not professional being rude and arguing with you over the phone and face to face. No compassion and no respect for patients. Where are the nhs behavior and values? Receptionist and Doctors are brilliant as always, Particularly Nurse Carolina Guiducci is Lovely and practically helpful.
