On time appointment with nurse to have dressing changed and check wound after surgery was healing. Great service.
Booking system and mental health is atrocious. Pot luck with reception staff. They will tell you one thing, expect you to do something else call you a liar when you question then about it or get it wrong. They are patronising , bullying and accuse you of being abusive to staff when you get upset about the situation they created. You can make a complaint but it's your word against theirs and they're very adamant they are professional pft! Some of the doctors are amazing
