Waiting two months for a single saw blade sharpening and an more than a half dozen router bits and countersinks... What the heck! Every time I call, I either can't get through or it is "shipping by Friday".. Still nothing. At this rate, I will be reluctant to send them anything else.. Not sure what, besides their stated equipment breakdowns, are the problem. At this point, that's not good enough for me.
In their website they do not even answer peoples' questions! How lazy and arrogant. I will go elsewhere to have saw blades and annular cutters sharpened.
