Poor Service – They may or may not be any good at what they do, I'm not sure. They installed an irrigation system in my yard in the Fall of 2010 with the promise they would come back in the spring and de-winterize and train me on the system. After they failed to show up for 3 appointments, I had to fire them and hire someone else to help me. That let me know that I made a mistake by paying them for future work. I would not recommend them...
No communication between landscapers and office (i.e., if a tree is dead, we have to call someone; the weekly mowers evidently do not have this in their job description) Like pulling teeth to get a call returned. It takes literally months to get dead plant or irrigation issues resolved. Sometimes workers arrive in unmarked uniforms or vehicles to turn on irrigation, etc. We're tied into our plant warranties and can't switch landscaping services, or we would.
