I was told by their technician that my generator needed replacing on a call to service my generator. I had to pay for the call and I had a Generac service provider come to my house to get a second opinion and my generator was fixable at a very reasonable price and the parts that needed replacing were not what I was told by the Forrest Jordan technician.
Top rate experience with Forrest JR. Took time out of his day to explain my problems and how to fix them. Reliable service. Reliable callbacks. Just Plain Reliable!

Bad customer service. Trashed my yard and cracked the concrete driveway with the crane used to lift it to the platform. Knew he had done it and tried to get away with it. Wasn't until I asked him that he finally admitted he had done it. Again, trying to get away with it when he knew he had damaged my property. After a lot of arguing, they finally fixed the yard. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
