Unhappy with Service After Forrest Retired I guess he sold the company to the new owners who were quick to send out an extended service contract which I went for the first year. Each time I had to play phone tag because the scheduling rep wouldn't take an appointment any other way I guess. Anyway they supposedly got someone out to look at it which crossed in the mail for next years bill for another $495. Well by this time I was done with it and called someone else in to do the checkup and paid them another $400. They are res... read more

To meet you halfway, I took off the service plan charge as well as all the late fees. You owe for the one time service that was performed on 3/14/23, in the amount of $250.</p><p>To be clear, YOU SIGNED UP for that plan that you're disputing. RecommendedI have a 25kw liquid cooled Generac generator that was seemingly irreparable. I had a company in Crestview and another from Destin/Miramar come out and, neither could repair the generator. Forrest III came out, looked at the control board, and identified the problem. I called Jorden Forrest about 6 weeks ago. The day they were supposed to come out they did not show. I called them and asked if they were still coming. They said sorry but an installation was taking longer than expected so they rescheduled me. Would have been nice if they called me to reschedule. Also I am very positive Jordan Jr didn't do any testing on my generac generator. He said it would not start and it's rusted out. He gave me a quote for a new Generator. My outside case has rust but that doesn't mean a engine is bad.... read more

I absolutely could not recommend a company more highly. My install went off without a hitch and Forrest III was professional, knowledgeable and able to explain everything to me so I could understand. If you need a Generac, do not hesitate to use this company!
