Damaging and very sad experience for my 83 year old father who suffers from heart and breathing issues. Lauren, the receptionist should be fired immediately for posing as a nurse suggesting we go to the ER to expedite seeing Dr Forrest to be evaluated for TAVR clip. Dr Amat, Forrest’s associate is aloof and dishonest and unprofessional . He and Dr Forrest kept my father in the hospital for 3 days to perform a procedure he was informed they don’t do just as he was prepped for the procedure.
