Very rude doctor. Not sympathetic at all. He didn't even check my legs. He didn't let me know that surgery covered by OHIP. Not informative and rude

“You need to be patient…” How come you can be patient if the person on the other side of the phone cuts you off and doesn’t let you explain and doesn’t listen to you? How can you be patient if you were told that you were going to be contacted in less than two weeks and that does not happen and there are no updates? The doctor made me wait more than 15 minutes and took only 2 minutes to discuss the diagnosis and more than 3 weeks after the appointment, there are no updates and there is not a good service towards the patient. ... read more
