It would be nice if everytime I tried to tan they had staff since I do pay for it every Month but you can only tan if staff is available and on the days staff is supposed to be available they armt there so iv been paying for a tanning membership for mo reason.
Gym is not great at all. Always damn, stuff flaking from the ceiling and just over all dirty. It has what you need to work out but not worth the money.
24 gym access, machine, and free weights. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and tanning? What more can you ask for. One stop membership for the whole family!!
I've been training with Coach Nola at Forrest Fitness BJJ for over a year and a half. This is a GREAT place to learn BJJ and Judo. Detailed instruction and a supportive group of people. I couldn't ask for a better gym!
