Went in to sign up and was told a price, then work was heavy and couldn't get back to the paperwork till a couple months later. When I did the get the paperwork the price had changed, but not enough to complain. Filled all the paperwork out and when to turn it and the price had changed for a 3rd time to a completely outrage price. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place! She cannot make her mind what price she wants to charge nor can you understand her. This place is a complete joke and waste of time!

Beware of this gym. My identity got stolen and we had to order a new card. I was two days late with payment and they locked me out of the gym. TWO DAYS! Also the lady who is there in the mornings is always extremely rude. Hate that we are locked in for a year! Definitely do some research before joining here! Reply to the owner: Adam, you called me on my smart watch, while I'm at work. I did not hang up on you, as you said twice in your reply. A one star review is very fair if that is my experience. Nothing ever seems to get repaired at the Benson location. They have about 10 treadmills, out of the 10 maybe 3 of them work (not at 100 percent). We've been going for 2 years and paying 65 dollars a month. Nothing at this location has ever been fixed. It's the perfect location for us, but it may be time to switch.

No problem with the gym my problem is with the fact no prices are shown on the site.
