The main issue I have when coming here is the parking spaces are extremely close together. Therefore, be prepared to possibly have your vehicle anonymously scratched/hit while you are inside. Also, you might have to make several trips if you do not have exactly all the correct information, which is nearly impossible to avoid. However, it's also nearly impossible NOT to have to go here, especially if you want to own ANY vehicle. They DO have nice public restrooms! 🏍 🚙🚗🪪♿️🇺🇸🚻

Drove over close to the end of the day before closing and was met with locked doors all over the building. If your office hours are until 5 PM then the doors should close then and not earlier. There was also someone standing at the door when I got there knocking trying to get the attention of the person working in the front office. She ignored us both. Rude.

The lady who answered the phone in the tag dept was very nice and helpful.
