We had a horrible service experience here this morning (3/30/23). We went in to switch to a black tag, which had to be personalized. The lady we ended up getting, (a lady with almost shoulder length fully gray hair), was clearly not wanting to be bothered. We had a list of prospective tag choices, and she immediately said, "I'm not gonna look up all of those." I have learned to go early. If you go in the evening the ladies seem a lil on edge because I'm sure customers make their jobs miserable at times. I know if I have an issue it's not their fault. I have seen people be just plain ugly to these women. I can say NONE of these lady's have ever been rude or anything with me.
