Forrest handled my divorce from start to finish. I highly recommend him as a mediator. He was highly impartial and fair, and able to keep the process moving forward in a cool and collected way. I highly recommend Forrest. He led us through our divorce quickly and effectively and made an unhappy process much easier. He has exceptional communication skills, works efficiently, is sympathetic and is completely knowledgeable about the process.
Divorce is never something we want to sign up for. I feel so grateful we found Forrest Collins to work with as our mediator. He is not just experienced, he shows up with empathy. He listens and holds space for both parties. I highly recommend working with him.
In retrospect, Mr. Collins encouraged more sessions when it was obvious my ex was an intransigent narcissist. An experienced mediator/attorney should have picked up on this after 1 session and told us to get proper lawyers and not continue the torture for what I can only say were pecuniary reasons.
I strongly recommend Forrest for mediation and collaborative divorce services. He is thoughtful, trustworthy, professional, and truly cares about his clients.
